Order Guidelines

Please note that currently all orders are shipped from Hong Kong, as OlyLife does not have worldwide warehouses at this point. In January 2026 they will officially launch in the USA, and local warehouses will follow.

Note that as your device will come from Hong Kong, it may be subject to customs charges on delivery; please take this into account when you purchase. Shipping will also apply, and our sales advisors will tell you the shipping cost for your address prior to ordering.

Only telephone orders are acceptable at this time, and we accept all major credit and debit cards. Our sales team will call you to complete the order when you complete the form above.

Please also note there is a no-return policy at this time due to the logistics of shipping from Asia.

A 1-year warranty is automatically available on all device purchases.
